friendly staff

Le bosphorus al madinah has comfortable beds and pillows. I slept so well! The breakfast had some good options, including omelets. The staff were friendly and even gave us a free upgrade, a nice surprise. It's just a short walk to the mosque.

superb location

diverse breakfast

ideal spot for exploring medina's rich landmarks and museums

The hotel's superb location allowed me to easily stroll to masjid al-nawabi in just a 10-minute walk. I really enjoyed the diverse daily breakfast that catered to all tastes.

The breakfast was full size with served cuisine and attention to detail. The location was magnificent and incredible, close to the mountains, shopping stores and restaurants and the restaurant. Places like Al Haram where at a moderate distance from from here too: )

The location couldn't be more perfect, just a few minutes from the mosque.

The check-in process took longer than expected, and the staff struggled with the computer system, which led to unnecessary delays. I found the breakfast options to be limited, and I felt it didn't meet the expectations set by the hotel's rating.

Got bright and clean room with Haram view, cozy bed. Favourable and great location short walk to the mountains of Medinah, could not be better. Plus, a super close walk to Imam Ali Masjid.

The location was very good, about 3 to 5 minutes walk from the Prophet Mosque. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is very modern and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The dinner was mediocre. There weren't that enough tables at the restaurant. We had to wait a little to get a table.
